More Classes!

I will be teaching a free class at the LDS Church on Loma Colorado, right across from the Rio Rancho High School on Tuesday evenings from 7:00-8:00 p.m.

The next class is October 26th. Then classes will be every Tuesday thru November and December.

Please check back here for any last minute cancellations.

Remember to bring your 5 lb (and up if need be) weights and a mat or towel for stomach work.

For those of you that want to try a spin class. I teach every Thursday at 6:30 at the Aquatic Center in Rio Rancho. The first class is free to try. The prices are on the Citys website or you can call the Aquatic Center for details..

Camp is Over (finally getting it updated!)

Camp was a GREAT success! All of you did so wonderful. We had 2 sessions a 5:00 am and then a 6:00 am..

Stats: An average of all ladies--25 lbs lost and 20 inches lost in 6 weeks!
